I'm not really allowed to have an intense workout routine, so I mostly just alternate low intensity yoga and stretching, and light jogging.

So out of those two things, I did jogging last night because it was beautiful out.

My daily workout routine usually includes the permanent trainings at my home and also going to the gym twice a week :) At home I make some basic exercises and my yoga complex, I try not to skp all that stuff {XD} I also like practising in the gym with all that stuff, I adore treadclimbers and bikes too, very active amd more fun comparing to my trainings at home :)
I also walked and swam really a lot yeaterday because we went on the beach with my friends :) I like so much that I can swim as much as I want during the summer! :)

I suppose you could count all the swimming I did today as a workout.

  • Ran 1.2 miles today, then did 100 bicep curls and 40 tricep curls. Might not be that impressive, but I've been trying to get back into exercising and I think it's a good start to say the least! (:

  • I ran on the elliptical for a while, then did some pushups, situps, and other stretches. Woop. Trying to get back into exercising routinely since I left karate because of pricing and lack of enjoyment. The gym I used was too loud and karate as a whole is just too fast-paced/intense for me. Might sign up for yoga again once I settle into a new work schedule and figure out what times I'll have free.

My workouts consists of a 4 mile run at least 4-5 times per week. Then I am in the pool doing kick board work and working on my strokes most everyday of the week except Sunday. Sunday is the only day I veg out.
