So, I was looking for my charger for my iPhone since I didn't feel like having to turn on my computer just to charge my phone and deal with all of that annoying sounds that comes from the tower. I didn't find it, but I did find something that I certainly didn't regret ever having. The Great Gatsby, my favorite novel, by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
I opened it up to the first page and was reminded of when I first started reading it. I hated it, but at the same time, I felt it was so well written that I just couldn't stop reading. Then again, I was supposed to read it since I was assigned to read it for English class. -- Okay, all this gabber aside, I read it and right there was a quote I remind myself of everyday.
"Whenever you feel like criticizing anyone," he told me, "just remember that all the people in this world haven't had the advantages that you've had."
I wish most people in the world lived by this quote because it can prove to be very useful to just about... most of the people I've come to know, who can be very judgemental people sometimes.
Anyway, my questions to you:
1. What is your favorite quote? Whether it be from a book, a movie, someone you know, something you've created... anything.
2. Why is it your favorite quote?
