The Milotic is the special tank, Metagross is the physical tank, Latios is the all-out attacker, and Linoone along with Salamence are my setup sweepers.

Just started emerald again and my friend wants to battle me. We did when I was playing Fire Red and I won the first few and then he began levelling his legendaries which I'm not too big a fan of not gonna lie :L So I would like some advice on my team, this was his when I last played him...

He spams hyper beam mainly and OHKOs my pokemon from firered. So here's what I was thinking for emerald.
Wobuffet or Gardevoir???? Not too sure but have just caught Ralts

Tyrannitar (If someone knows where to find him. If not I can trade home across)
And I'm stuck for the last one. I was thinking I could get either Arcanine or Jolteon

I had to get rid of my raticate, unfortunatly, due to the fact i didn't have a water-type at the time. And since i picked Bulbasaur as my starter, My rival would choose Charmander. Which would evolve into a Fire/Flying Type. And nothing i had could know a water or electric move. So I had to get rid of my beloved raticate(who's in the PC) for my poliwrath.

I have not beaten the E4 yet, I'm very underleveled, you see, i'm always underleveled for a gym, and when i'm at the next, my pokemons levels are always ready for the previous gym. Anyway, to counter the E4, i'm trying to train to Lv. 65 on all my pokemon XD.
