Where are you hurting today

Got a little bit of lifter's elbow I think from setting a new PR on the bench press a couple of days ago. I feel a little tug around my elbow when I lift my arm up or fold it behind my head, but it's much better today than it was yesterday so I might proceed with a deload week tomorrow :pikathumbsup:
 
My head kinda hurts... but I took something, so I think it's settling now. I've also been experiencing a lot of my tendonitis in my arm, which isn't any better. >>;
