What a fun thread! My first run-through was epic! My initial goal when I got the game (Y) was to create the strongest team to take down the E4. It was a very mainstream team but they got the job done!

My Team:

Thanks to Exp Share, I trained my whole team above level 83 before fighting the E4.

Special shout-out to my Lucario. His move set was phenomenal.

He had these four moves: Dragon Pulse, Shadow Claw, Close Combat, Aura Sphere

To be quite honest, I eradicated the E4 lol.

My team's levels were up to around level 70 to 75 at that time.

I originally had Vespiquen for the last slot but there was no way I could pass up Yveltal and be proud of myself. Plus Snorlax had no problems whatsoever with Diantha's Megavoir.

I defeated the E4/Champion on X with Chesnaught, Charizard, Aurorus, Clawitzer, Malamar, and Florges. For Y, I was doing a Dragon monotype, and defeated them with Salamence, Tyrantrum, Dragalge, and Goodra. I really love the quality of all of the 6th Gen Pokemon, and I can't wait to use more of them in future playthroughs!

Raichu, Sylveon, Lapras, Talonflame, Mienshao, and Xerneas (who was mostly unused). Was a pretty easy match!

I decided to go the overpowered route and breeze to victory:

-Aggron
-Blaziken
-Tyranitar

I got Garchomp at level 1 with 4IV's right at the start of my adventure. Notice also how all but one of my pokemon can mega evolve? Didn't use it once...

I flew through most of the elite four and the champ, apart from the one who used Water type. I struggled because none of my pokemon are strong against water type.

Not sure what to do now I have done the elite 4. I think I may wonder trade all my Pokemon and start again :)

Four of my favorite Pokémon ever, good times. Had a Crobat before the second gym x)
