Depends on the preparation. I used to dislike them.
Then I ordered a dish one day at the local Chinese restaurant that I didn't realize had shrimp in it (it had mix of various meats in it... and apparently shrimp as well).
It was a happy accident however as the shrimp in that dish actually tasted good, unlike my previous experiences with shrimp at other places.

Anyway, for the shrimp at my local Chinese restaurant: Yum!
