    Day 20 - Favourite genre

I'm gonna have to go with RPGs, as well. I find everything about them to be engaging, whether it's the enchanting plots, imperial soundtracks, or thrilling battle systems, RPGs are constantly grabbing my attention and keeping me at them.

Day 19 - Picture of a game setting you wish you lived in

    Spoiler:
I just...want to live in somewhere that's non-conventional, and most of all I want to be with dem POKEMANZ I know I'll just admit I wanna be in Grovyle's habitat. Fuuuuu

    Day 20 - Favourite genre

RPGs if I can get used to them. Platformers and Minecraft-style stuff are good too as long as they're made well.

Day 21 - Game with the best story

Silent Hill 2 is, obviously, up there for me. The story makes twists and turns that you just have to love. Others are the MGS series, Tales of Symphonia and so on.

21: Best story: Think whatever you want, but I loved the story in Super Paper Maripo. Shame the gameplay wasn't up to it, but it's easily my favourite plot.

Day 21 - Game with the best story

I'm going to have to go with Tales of the Abyss... again. You simply can't go wrong with 30+ hours of a ridiculously well-thought-of plot. I revere Namco immensely for that, and also for their remarkable effort in balancing the game's gravity and humour. Emotionally, this game is a roller coaster and I'd be lying if I said there were times in the game in which I didn't shed a tear.

    Day 18 - Favorite protagonist:

Dante from the Devil May Cry series because of his personality and ability to get anything done.

Day 19 - Picture of a game setting you wish you lived in:

I can't find a picture or take one, but it's one of the towns in Lost Kingdoms II.

    Day 20 - Favorite Genre

I love RPGs, but I find myself playing FPS games a lot more. There are not as many new good RPG games out there anymore like there used to be, so i'll just wait until more come out.

Day 21 - Game with the best story

Metal Gear Solid 3 had a great storyline, compared to the other entries in the series. Still to this day I sometimes regret the scene in the last battle.

Day 19 - Game Setting I'd Like to Live In:

I've actually never given this much thought, as I'm kind of partial to this reality, and most games don't have safe realities to live in.

    Day 20 - Favorite Genre:

My favorite genre varies between simulation and strategy, but it's far and away those two genres with no other genre even coming close.

Day 21 - Game With Best Story:

Skipping, as I've not gotten enough experience with storyline based games to be qualified to have an opinion on this.

Day 22 - A game sequel which disappointed you

Now that I think about it, there aren't very many sequels that I was all that disappointed with. As a matter of fact, I don't think there are any. I'm one of the few people that actually liked Super Mario Bros. 2 despite its essential replication of Doki Doki Panic.

Anyhow, I suppose the sequel that I was most disappointed with was Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. As much as I loved it, I feel that the least amount of effort was put into this Prime game. What I was most upset about was the fact that there wasn't nearly as much combat as there was in the first two games. I also found the enemy designs to be quite mediocre, and I also thought that there were way too many Space Pirates.

Everything else that let me down with Corruption are mere fanboy complaints. Firstly, I wasn't wowed with the new upgrades the way I was with the first two games. Most were barely used anyways, with the exception of Hyper Mode. Secondly, I found that the bosses lacked diversity, at least in comparison to Echoes. They weren't that bad, but the final boss was extremely disappointing, especially because of how easy it was. Lastly, pinpointing the location of pickups was pathetically easy for me.

Final Fantasy X. I can play this game over and over for the story, Just love the story.

    Day 22:

Final Fantasy X-2. I hated this games story with a passion. It ruined the first game for me and in general the story was just aweful.

The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks

The worst Zelda game in my opinion. And a pretty bad game overall

    Day 21

I'd like to say Xenogears, but it's almost too deep and complex for it's own good. Taking principles from various philosophers and using numerous biblical allusions, it's quite easy for someone to question what the hell is going on. Because of that, I'd say Shadow Hearts: Covenant which is much easier to follow yet still has some depth to it. Best part about the storyline is that it takes place in the actual real world (through a kind of alternate history), which very few RPGs ever do. Set in 1918 during WWI (though the war has little effect on the story) the plot has you visiting various European and Asian cities, and meeting several historical figures, with one of them joining your party: Anastasia.

    Day 22

Arc the Lad: End of Darkness was terribly disappointing. I loved Twilight of the Spirits and was eager to see a sequel set a couple years after the first. Yet, they decided to strip everything that made the first one good, with the decision to make it a hack-and-slash (when the series is a tactical RPG) being the most questionable choice. I'm certain this title definitively killed the series, which is why I put ahead of ToS2 and Fable III.

Probably RPGs, to go with the cliche. It's just the perfect combination of effective, unique and addictive gameplay, super powered graphics, well, most of the time (I'm looking at you, Xenoblade D:) and heart wrenching stories. Tied in second would be chilling horror, like Silent Hill/Amnesia, and Action Adventure.

    Day 21
Mother 3 takes the cake for yet another of my days. It's just such a fantastically executed game. The characters are loveable, and the twists are so thrilling. Porky and Masked Man are awesome villains, too.

    Day 22
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2. It was just such a disappointment, the story was all over the place, and characters weren't very balanced. Compared to the first, it was a completed train wreck. And I loved the first, and tried to put some sympathy towards the sequel. No luck, man, no such luck.

22: Worst sequel: Yoshi's Island DS was just a Kaizo youtube hack of Yoshi's Island. The bosses were terribly unimaginative and there were levels that would drain 200 lives before I made it to the second checkpoint. It was ridiculous.

    Day 22 - A Disappointing Sequel:

Sim City Societies. No doubt about that, in my opinion. It was basically just a clone of the 2006 game City Life, released 2 years later by EA with the Sim City brand slapped onto it. It doesn't fit with the rest of the Sim City series. It's not a bad game on its own, but it's not the Sim City flavor.

Day 23 - Game you think had the best graphics or art style

I think Team ICO win this one with either SotC or Ico, because both are just beautiful and amazing to behold.

I'm sure many fellows will agree that Okami has one of the best art styles to date. It's brilliant, japanese calligraphic influence captured the hearts of so many gamers.

Day 19 - Picture of a game setting you wish you lived in

    Spoiler:

I love this city to bits. The port, the seaside, the sunsets and the music, I've always wanted to experience all these things myself when I reach this city in the games. In fact, throw me in any city in this universe and I'll be happy.

    Day 20 - Favorite genre:

RPGs. Most games I've beaten are RPGs in some way. Franchises I enjoy and wait for future installments are almost all RPGs. The way it provides a sort of escapism for me, allowing myself to indulge in the story and feel the characters that are usually fleshed out with the genre.

Day 21 - Game with the best story:

Mother 3! I absolutely adore that game, and I always thought everything was properly built from the start. It made you care about the characters, the main plot and in-game back story had a really deep meaning to convey, and the ending was just perfect. Albeit quite bittersweet.

Day 22 - A game sequel which disappointed you:

Final Fantasy X-2. I still can't bring myself to play that game, and I wish I liked it more than I feel about it right now. But it's just hard to like, with all the drastic changes, ironically using the same renders from its predecessor. I don't think it deserves my hate though, I'll probably just try to finish it before making my final judgment.

Day 23 - Game you think had the best graphics or art style:

I agree with Renyui, Okami looks really good because of its unique style mimicking Japanese ink and wash painting. It's a shame I never got to finish it and indulge in its beauty, if only my PS2 disc weren't as scratched.

Although there are lots of other games that deserve praise from their graphics, too.

I'd like to say Okami as well, but I've yet to actually play it despite the fact the it's been sitting in my collection of games for 2 years now. (sinful, I know ) Saying that, I'd go with Odin Sphere; some beautiful 2D artwork put into full motion.
