  • i don't actually unfortunately. The ones in my rombase but not on the thread are particularly buggy and I was redoing thm. Alas I do not really hack anymore due to real life commitments.
    File received. Thanks!

I do have Skype, but I only use it to talk to people I personally know. More importantly...

... you might have noticed that I've been taking awhile to respond to things or get on here in general. I've actually been really busy with things in the real world lately. Doesn't look like that's going to change much, either. I haven't opened it yet, but I will take a look and see what's up with this. If it is a mod of that old hack like its title suggests, then it'll be best to repoint the GB Sounds table as opposed to moving all the data in the hack.
Who made the Salazzle front sprite and the Kartana back sprite that you submitted in the sprite repository thread? Thanks!
    Sure!

The key here isn't how much free space has been used. It's how many different things would need to be moved or repointed. Whichever of the two would be less of a hassle to move—either your changes or the GB-Sounds-related code—will be what's repointed. Unless you've implemented a ton of individual things, I'm gonna go ahead and guess that your data would be easier to move.
It's likely conflicting with free space usage. The GB Sounds patch uses data from 0x71A240 onwards for samples and song data. If you're using tools that automatically insert data into the nearest available free space, then it'd be putting data in the same area as where the GB Sounds data is.

How much inserted data do you have in your hack? If it's not much, it might be easier to just move that beyond where the GB Sounds data is in my hack.
Yep, things are fine! I've just been taking a break for the holidays.

If you just want the GB Sounds item, just apply the GB Sounds patch. It's in the "Individual Patches" folder.

Will you be importing a save file to the new version? If so, do you already have the GB Player/Sounds item in your inventory?

Check the ASM resource thread for reusable TMs on FireRed. Just search the first post for it and follow the links.
The patch isn't updated, it'll be done soon

Also, you have to program in different songs for different gym leaders.

I heard that you've used Shiny Gold to create a game. I just wanted to know about it. :)
    (The Orange Islands part!)
It's simple to do actually. Just add the music mixer, the direct sound unlimited and ram table repointer. Then add the music chunk at 09000000
Replace the songs in the songtable after that.
