Okay so you are running stall, It's not as bad as you described. But in team preview you need to calm down and decide what your game plan is going to be. If you see their team, only keldeo and gardevoir threaten you badly esp if keldeo gets burn damage and starts by killing of your starmie.
From their point of view, you are stall, you need to lay hazards, hippo is your rock setter. So go keldeo.
Turn 1, I don't understand why you stayed in, losing hippo so early game is a complete disadvantage, when building stall we distribute threats to various slots, if u lose one slot without taking down what it was meant for, you are pretty much handicapped. You needed hippo here to pressure their tran raikou and counter their lando.
Your only keldeo switch ins right now we're starmie, which I don't get why you didn't switch into, you not only lost your hazard setter but also Lost every momentum right in turn1.
I do not know what kind of talonflame that is , probably spdef bu flame. Which means you are not invested in attack, unless your extremely sure you can take out something that can easily kill if you don't, you shouldn't take the risk. Here is where the calculator comes in, calc the damage, stay safe. You are playing stall not offence. You are not supposed to sacrifice everything/fodder off for no reason.
Keldeo did its job, killed two mons it's happy, you on the other hand are now extreme mega gardevoir bait, since talon was your only answer to it.
I also don't understand why you used reflect type on heatran, reflect type is used against stuff like ferro or ttar to not be pursuit or leech seed bait.
The team you are using has perfect hazard control, but you are not abusing that :/
