I've said the same errors on Serebii. :) Anyway, I've noticed that the placement of the effect for the Body is 3-4 pixels right than the other effects (atk) In short: It is not aligned with the others. You should use a smaller font size for the effects.

You should probably learn on how to correctly put the custom delta symbol then.

You need some repairs for your Ofcannon I don't understand the art. Am I inside him? xD The effect for Shoot is a bit 2-3 pixels upper than the right placement. And your illus. text is... it's like that again... broken *sigh* at least it doesn't feed my dirty mind again... xD

Oh, you forgot the other Water Gun attack. Missingno. on Red/Blue has 2 Water Gun attacks. But since there's no more space for it... I've seen another Missingno. card with that art, but now, it's a bit blury. 9/10

The name's, '20' text's, and the weakness symbol's placements are wrong. You're quite improving with art outline, with almost perfect blends. like it. 8/10 Oh, the Illus. text is almost hidden. although I know who it is.

Cool Blank Flame Claw. but I think the the new symbols don't blend quite much with the shiney effect on the blank. You used a Colorless star blank and added the symbols in it? Good job.

Well... Here's some "tips" for Pokemon booster packs obtained from my fellow Pokemon TCG pals: Holo Cards are much more harder than none holo ones, especially the ex's, since they have a holo border, so harder booster packs contain more holo cards in it. BUT some packs contain 2 holo cards, so...

I think Poison Claws is Underpowered, but sometimes Overpowered for 1 4 energy cost. Why don't you make 20 damage to 30? and nice card for Mewtwo, but the Power should have a flip effect. Nice cards. 8/10 for Nidoking ex and Mewtwo Gengar should be the next card.

One thing, 'Special Condition' should be 'Special Conditions' right? Because I've seen on other cards that it should be plural. Otherwise, nice art. 9/10
