Hi Neo Groudon. I know you were already recommended AxCrypt to encrypt your files but since I promised I'd drop you a hint here it is.
TryeCrypt is the encription software I use. It differs from AxCrypt in that with TC you create an "encrypted volume" where you store your files. Like a ZIP file, but instead of compressed, files are encrypted. When you move files into the container they're encrypted automatically, when you move them out they're decrypted automatically.
What I do wit this software is create a small container (128 or 256 M) inside my flash drive and associate another file that *can not be changed*, such as an MP3 or a family picture, as encryption key, so as long as that key file exists you can use the container.
