I think so, I like getting them at least. But then it also depends if the event is something I'm interested in. If it is then I would take part anyways and I wouldn't take part in something I'm not interested in just to get an emblem. But yes, I think it does help attract people, maybe makes it seem more official?

Oh.. I'm actually unsure. I loooove game challenges for generations 1-3 games since I can emulate those easily and post about them on PC. Posting events get tiring since I don't like feeling pressured to post; I post when I want. That can be not for three weeks or ten times a day for a week, lol.

People like choice, so maybe the reward could be their choice of a 6iv pokemon with egg moves or something. A shiny really depends on the purpose. People dont want shiny magikarp because its so common, but they also dont want shiny noibat because its ugly. I personally love shiny noibat/noivern, so that is way too specific.

Ok no worries. I will check out the relevant sections.

The credits showed the Pokemon I used for each leader and Gardevoir was (As usual) my most used Pokemon. The fact it could beat anything Team Aqua could throw at it helped and it helped me catch Kyogre.

Mawile helped get me past Phoebe and the fearsome Mega Metagross as well as Roxanne early on. Azumarill got me through the Flannery Army and Winona and it's Rollout was very valuable.

Cottonee and Whimsicott are two of my favourite Pokemon and Clefairy is an upgrade on Jigglypuff. My Diancie makes a great All-fairy team even if there are some types not covered.

Looked it up, that term was actually invented in Gen 3. Here's the text from FRLG:

"Well, the winged mirages are the legendary bird Pokémon. There are three of them: Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres."

Here's what the same trainer says in the originals:

"Have you heard of the legendary Pokémon?
...
The 3 legendary Pokémon are all birds of prey."

No wonder I've never heard of the term! Why did FRLG change his dialog?

In other news I have completed my AS Fairy Monotype run. Steven might have been the hardest in-game Pokemon Battle I have ever had. My final team Mawile (Level 60), Gardevoir ( Level 60), Azumarill (Level 59) and Jigglypuff ( Level 18). I should have trained Jigglypuff up but it was valuable in that it let me revive Azumarill. Mega Mawile got the final blow with Crunch.

Now time to add Cottonee, Clefable and Diancie for an all-fairy Delta Episode.:)

Eh, more like Yvetal versus the two xD. That poor Vulture keeps getting a bad rep.
