The mode you play after you've finished the "main game" in the first Theatrhythm was more fun to me than the postgame from the second one, imo, so I don't think there would've been a huuuuge reason to wait unless you really wanted the extra songs, which mostly come from side games in the series. The music is still great in the first one... and I think what I love about it is even if you don't know the songs and haven't played the games they're from, they're still really easy to pick up and enjoy. I've only played a handful of FFs (uhh... I think 7, and 10-13 by the time I played Theatrhythm 1) and I still found it to be so much fun. Otherwise the main difference is just the character levelling is more fun/balanced because there are more characters to put in your party, but if you aren't familiar with them anyway, there's not as much point.

I will look into it! I have sooo many games to play but... I assume the series is like action-adventure, right? I like playing that genre in between JRPGs as a break so that sounds like the perfect. UNLESS IT'S PLATFORMING, is it platforming? I might have to just watch an LP if that's the case because I'm sooo bad at platforming and I don't want to end up hating the series due to my own incompetence LOL. ;_;

So I think Midna (my nomination) and Daxter (your nomination) are in the same bracket for Klippy's sidekick competition. Things are going to get ugly pretty fast.

And Halloween is gonna be awesome yes.

Thanks! Glad you like them. If I had more time I would have tried to make something slightly more Pokemon related, but given how it's been nearly 2 weeks since the event I figured that these would be fine.

No problem. It wound up being weird for me too because I went camping like immediately after the event was over, haha!

Yep! Theatrhythm is so much fun. I played sooo many hours of it. (And the sequel coming out soon is even better!)

I've never played any of the other games in the series, so I had nooo clue who anyone was or what was going on. I don't think it mattered much because it FELT like a weird spin-off, but I wish it hadn't been my intro to the series because I've never had any further interest in touching the games, and they seem really good. :(

They only want to look out for you, I hope, but they maybe don't understand you. le sigh

I have plenty of ideas for novels but it's so darn hard to sit down and actually formulate them into something that others would also want to read :x One particular idea would make an awesome game or tv series though, haha, but I don't dare to dream that high. Though I suppose it's not too impossible to get a game made if you know the right people these days.
