To answer your question, yes, it was all just a joke. Last forum I frequented loads of people got a huge kick out of my writing of absurd B.S.

Thanks Sydian, I certainly know a lot more about what my options are now. So I decided to just collect for the time being and maybe I'll build a deck further down the line. :)

I've decided to collect the HeartGold SoulSilver set first simply because I love the second gen. I'll probably move onto Plasma Freeze then, seeing as everyone is collecting those cards at the moment. I am soo excited ! :D

My workplace does this and it sucks the big one. In fact, last week the manager of one department was transferred to another store and department. He was told only one day before they expected him at the new store. It was a surprise to him and everyone involved.

So yeah, it sucks and happens in real life too. People just don't consider common courtesy anymore.
