  • I plan on using a special-based Grass starter on my Omega Ruby team as a supporter (ex: stall-based sets and dual-screen sets). Since you can't obtain a Bulbasaur in ORAS, I'm only limited to Meganium and Serperior. Meganium looks slower but bulker, and Serperior is faster but more fragile. Which would be more suitable for a support set?
If you actually noticed, most of my posts are combinations of 2 days worth of playing ORAS. It's the limited bandwidth's fault.
I'd love to, but when I was posting my journals I was away from any good source of internet. All of them have a limited bandwidth and I'd rather not waste it on finding sprites. P:

I'll probably add them once I've challenged the league as a final team shot.
As a fan of Mystery Dungeon, I approve. :>
It's way better than mine anyway, with the lack of sprites of anything.
Well at least you can enjoy the ride. :>
Also, at least you can use Super Secret Bases already

I could always complete it faster, but I refuse to use the EXP Share. P:
It did? :o Because I checked Serebii and it still says 3, guess they haven't changed that yet if it's true. Well that's something helpful to know for next time, at least!
    I heard.

So yeah. Still haven't played the demo yet.

    I am a terrible Pokemon fan. :B
Oh sorry, I forgot to respond. Smogon's OU is considered standard play, but other battles can be hosted as well. I prefer it if all events and groups adhere to Smogon's or Nintendo's rules, but sometimes exceptions may be given, especially if it's a group with an established userbase.
Yep. It'll still take up to 4 turns to defeat Gligar. Hence why I chose Roost/Toxic combo. If Aerial Ace doesn't do it in then Toxic will. Here is the damage output for a non-eviolite Gligar vs. Machamp:

    252+ Atk Machamp Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Gligar: 84-99 (25.1 - 29.6%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

That means Gligar can easily switch into Machamp and still beat it.
Was originally Ice Beam, didn't want to use that since its Sp. Atk is so low, switched it because of the damage, and then changed it back to Ice Beam. I wanted a way for Quagsire to not just be dead weight when faced with Grass Pokemon but nothing works with it unless I go 252 in Sp. Atk.
I figured it did. I just haven't bothered to look at and learn all the new moves that the 6th gen Pokemon are getting in ORAS.
Thank you for the stats! True that relaxed nature isn't needed but that's what I was originally going with (Bulky Abomasnow) and didn't see the need to change it.
Lower the damage slightly? Swampert couldn't really do anything against Abomasnow anyway so I tried to lower the damage it would take.
My family (mom, dad and brother) got me a pair of beautiful diamond earrings that I am wearing every day and I'm not going to take them out any day soon at all. I will prob pretty much always wear them.

Mega Meloetta would be nice...although I'd rather have more Gen IV Megas myself. Although I guess eventually every fully evolved Pokemon will have a mega, so it's only a matter of time~

Like Flygon and Milotic? I'm willing to bet those two will have Megas this go around. What other Pokemon would you like to see get Mega evos, though?~
