Okay, so here's a question I have...
Are we assuming that Phantom or Johnny were Ketsueki's Mayor and vise versa? And if so...would the citizen that lost their mayor be willing to come forward about it? It'd be nice to see/narrow down which Cities are completely gone or not - though I know outing as that Citizen is risky since they'd now be the new Mayor.
I'm frankly quite lost after a busy week, so I'm trying to get some bearings here.
