I'm a little peeved I'm moving to mornings at work now. I was perfectly happy working in the afternoons. I can stay up and go to sleep late with no problem lol
The thing I dislike the most about the afternoon shift is, I can't really go out and do much during the day because I have to worry about being home in time to shower and get ready for work. If I do the opening shift, I can work, come home, and then not have to worry about being back at a certain time.
Any options/interest of climbing the of the company you're working for? I'd imagine that being one of the few cases where you'd literally want to cover every shift of your coworkers.I ignored one of my co-workers' texts asking me to cover her shift tomorrow.
I feel guilty about it, but like.. she sent me that text right after I got home after covering someone else's shift (and before doing that, I covered ANOTHER person's shift) so it's like... I'm not really feeling up to it. If I made more money I'd take her up on her offer, but minimum wage? I don't get paid enough to care; my paycheck would still look like shit even with more hours.
