Has anybody gotten a flu shot this year, or do you plan on getting one? If so how was it?

I just got mine this morning...it wasn't too bad. Just a brief sting. I bled a little bit and my arm is slightly sore right now.

I'll probably get mine at the beginning of October

went to the doctor today and she made me get it since i was there anyway... im bad about getting them i dont like needles and dont see the doctor often. ITS FINE I SHOULD ALWAYS GET THEM ITS NOT THAT BAD but i still hate it :(

Probably not. I have a huge phobia for needles. I can't even get blood work done without an insane amount of anxiety hitting me like a ton of bricks, let alone even deal with IVs. >< Besides, I'm less likely to get the flu this year than the COVID-19 anyway. I had both my tonsils and adenoids taken out a young age, and I also haven't gotten that sick in years. I'd rather let someone else get he chance for one who needs it more than I do. I know my dad gets his every year at the VA because it's free for him since he's a veteran. But yeah. ;w; If my doctor suggests it, I'll probably have to get it. I just hope I don't because I HATE HATE HATE needles. x____x

I'll see my doctor when he has them.
    I get it every year.

I got mine in August. I have never had the flu before and there was many cases at work particularly after Thanksgiving last year. I don't want this year to be my first flu what with all the similarities to coronavirus.

I have not heard anything from work yet about getting one of these, and I'm actually kinda scared to ask because I'm working from home. If worse comes to worst I may go down with my mother and brother when they get theirs done and see if I can have mine done at the same time (he's disabled and she works at a school, so they can both get one for free) for free since I live with them and my health isn't great (although it is better than it was) but idk. I would like to have one done, but I don't know when it'll be.

I will most likely. Some members of my family are not in the best of health conditions and I'd rather not risk endangering them.

My family and I have gotten flu shots every year for at least the past decade(?) or so. Haven't done it yet this year, but I imagine that it'll be sometime in the coming weeks. Don't really want to skip on it this year in particular with covid and all that. Not getting sick from and spreading easily preventable diseases is great too.

I don't remember being asked to give up a leg the last time I got mine, so I guess that must mean that my health insurance happens to cover it or something
