I'm not convinced, just going for people, it lets me stay longer and bard will be gone soon anyway.

Because what did Orpheus matter to me? Nobody really knows who anybody is, and my reasoning was the same as everyone's ... What was there to really lose? If you were telling the truth, we'd kill a White Walker.

You can easily still help your house even if you are to die tomorrow night. Gimmiepie could easily be another one of your "random" kills. Playing the "I'm going to die anyway" card is not a good defense for people to start believing you're telling the truth.

Seriously why would Bardothren kill a random if he can find out someone's alignment. That doesn't make sense.

[Kill] Bardothren

Chances he found a white-walker just after bluffing he had found one seems too too good to be true. Changed my mind :) Lets save Gimme.

I'm not defending Bard here, but I think you misunderstand, Mana. ^^ Bard said he saw gimmiepie's alignment as belonging to the Wight faction. Now, from the day post (on day2 i think?) we saw that the white walker converted someone. So that means on night 3, when Bard investigated (assuming he is bran, etc) it meant that gimmiepie belongs to the faction and could have been just recruited the night before. Note that this does make sense, if you're the white walker and want to convert people to join you, why wouldn't you grab one of the most experienced mafia players first?

edit: what i'm trying to say is: Bard might be lying or not. But what bard did post I think you just misinterpreted it Mana. gimmiepie is not necessarily the white walker, but he could be the first wight that was converted the previous night.

I didn't mean he was the one, of that group in general :P. I'm not even aligned so I don't really know why I care who dies haha. Can I kill everyone someone and be the first peasant to ascend the throne? :P

With what Bidoof is saying about not being a Lannister N0, I'm gonna agree that Bard isn't trying to help everyone and that he's either going after random kills or that he's specifically targeting threats to the Stark house. I have no doubt that he is Bran, but seeing as this "Investigator role" has a separate house agenda, the general public cannot take his word at face value.

This probably won't save pie, but I'm not getting on that train so
[burn] Bard
tbh though, if Bard hadn't put GP's name out there, we would be random voting someone else anyways.

*side note* this thread moves soo fast, the last 3 days, when I log on for the first time, there's at least 2 thread pages to read!

The gimmepie lynch votes seem random so I'm just going to vote for Bardothren. You lied to us. I am hurt. :(

[execute] Bardothren

[KILL]: Bardothren

All I'm saying is that the lot of you jumping on the gp wagon are gullible as hell smh

Unless everyone changes, GP is most likely gonna die. I just didn't want to be apart of it. I agree that killing Bard now would be a waste of the Greyscale, but I don't want to vote for anyone else. Maybe if Bard makes it through the night he can "share" what he "learned" during the night.

+1 with what Kiyoshi said. He's gonna die anyways let's not let Orpheus' last action be in vain. And again, considering that we're all in groups against once another the only ones who will end up regretting killing gimmie, or anyone else, are those of their house. Are we being gullible? Maybe. Or do we just don't care because the chances of us killing someone from our house are still fairly low at this point in the game.

WaIt, now that I look back on things, I'm almost certain Bardothren is Bran Stark. I didn't even catch this before, but the grayscale ability targets a specific player, not a specific character. The chances are pretty high that Orpheus would attack the player that got him killed (I.e. Bardothren), so Bardothren = Bran Stark, it seems.

The only question is...is he telling the truth about GP being a wight? Or is GP just someone from a rival house?

Not disregarding what you said, but that's already been established. And I agree with your question, could Bard just be helping the Stark House by targeting GP or is he actually trying to help all of Westeros?

Oh, just wanted to put my thoughts in. I haven't gotten the chance to go back through all the posts, so I just wanted to mention it just in case.

If I had to guess though, I would say it's most likely that GP is from a rival house. It would be in Bard's best interest to claim GP is a wight, since if he just said "gimmepie is from such-and-such house", the people in that house wouldn't vote for him. By claiming he's a wight, Bard gets everyone to vote for him.
