I think my health isn't the best, but it's good. I do eat my good amount of fruits and vegetables, exercise (although I consider walking ten minutes to and from class exercise), and have my healthy dosage of social activities.
Mentally and emotionally I think I'm dandy. Physically I can do better. Once upon a time I was well-known to faint over skipping breakfast. Now though, I've managed to better my habits and fainting is a thing of the past. I kicked fainting down the curb.
I used to visit the doctor for regular checkups, but due to forgetfulness and indecisiveness, I've decided to cut that.
