I did try several eating styles (paleo, primal and variants, intermittent fasting). I haven't tried vegetarian and the like because I have never been interested, as it doesn't suit me.
If I spent 4000 Kcal a day, maybe, but otherwise, it's too hard to have low-calorie, high-protein foods with a vegetarian diet as basically every high-protein plant also has a lot of carbs.
Now that I know a bit about diet and health, I no longer need to explore and try everything. I already know what I need ^^
