Well, I think I've already bought the most expensive stuff I wanted to buy (a gaming laptop).
Otherwise, probably just an apartment at some point, but that's not for now ^^"

What's the point of Shiny Pokémons? (Like, why was it implemented?)

Assuming humanity has never had contact with extraterrestrials, how do you think it would play out if we ever do make contact?

Humans would probably want to have control over them like they always do and inevitably there will be conflict as a result.
Then there's also the myriad of ways we could end up insulting them... not to mention human greed.
At any rate I don't see it ending well.. humanity as a whole is not yet ready for such a thing.

Spoiler:

I think the point of shiny Pokemon is that originally they were so rare that it really meant something to find one. Also, didn't the original shinies in Gen 2 come with flawless IVs automatically? Not sure why they would remove that part of it... But really, it seems like it's kind of a status thing, like if I play against someone online and their whole team is shiny, I can usually assume that they mean serious business, lol. I feel like shinies have kind of lost their 'very rare, valuable' meaning with people being able to hack the games and get whatever they want, though.

What was the most difficult game you ever completed?

Super Meat Boy comes to mind as a hard/difficult game... but I never finished that xD
I usually don't play on the hardest difficulty so I'm not sure what to go with... a lot of games can be hard when played on their hardest difficulty.

Ryse: Son of Rome maybe? I remember playing or at least trying to play that game on it's hardest difficulty at one point... judging from the achievements I seem to have succeeded.

What's most important to you in a videogame? (story, setting, playstyle, fun, graphics, etc.)

Hmm... not at all imo. I think that the Switch is one of the biggest changes for Nintendo because it mixed the world of it's portable consoles and it's games and the world of its home consoles. I don't think they can step back from this, so I think they should go with the Switch (as a concept). A portable and less powerful console. If you didn't mean the Switch as a concept, but the Switch console itself, then yes, it's time to move on. I think that it's time to see a more powerful console. It's been around for long enough, and an update is almost needed.

What was your first game, if you can remember?

One hamster and one rabbit. We also had hedgehogs in our garden at some point!

Have you ever tried riding a horse?

Only if you count all the schedule juggling I had to do to 100% Zelda: Majora's Mask in just 3 Link cycles! Otherwise, no I have not.

What's the most 'management' you've ever had to do playing a game? (unit, resource, time, NPC schedules, everything counts)

It has to go to my beloved Animal Crossing. The amount of work I had to do was insane tbh and gladly enough it came in a period when I had enough time. So, first of all, after finishing all the basic things and discovering I could terraform, I realised I could make my Island way better. I go on social medias and notice incredibly good looking islands. There is a website where you can plan your island and that's exactly what I did: moving my house, terraforming, planning paths, flowers, trees, lakes, moving villagers' houses and shops too. I had to change almost everything on my older island and had to play like 3/4 hours a day. Once that was done, I started hunting for villagers. It took me so many many many hours to get the ones I wanted.

What unusual animal do you find cute?

I'm thinking it would have to be my Platinum version. Since it was back when they had no Hyper Training, Nature-correcting Mints, and the capability of giving your mons as many vitamins as you want, everything took a lot more time. Must have logged 500+ hours in total, I think that's the most for any game I've had, though I've seen people log way more than that in some games.

Disregarding the actual coding process that would go into it, what's your favorite idea you ever had for a game?

Well, I've had several ideas that I've implemented in my fangame. Here's one that's not a spoiler: the Assistance mechanic; a Pokémon on the battle field can call a friend and they perform a move together, sometimes they combine, sometimes not, and the bonuses are transfered from one Pokémon to the other.
Still don't play my fangame yet, I'm working on the Gen 9 patch!
Other than that, after playing Dark Souls 1, I thought about ways to improve the 1v2 battles like Ornstein and Smough, and I had the idea of a boss with two enemies, and these enemies attack in rhythm. They did it in Dark Souls 3. I was in awe when I first discovered this boss. Almost had tears in the eyes!
I also thought about a boss who could teleport inside a combo. They also did it in Dark Souls 3.

Have you ever had strong emotions while playing a videogame?

Probably, but I don't remember which ones. Maybe that one chapter finale of Xenoblade 3? The one that everyone who's played the games will talk about?
Also, maybe that one cutscene at the beginning of Xenoblade 1 that people also usually remember pretty well?

What's a game that you really didn't like in the beginning but really got to appreciate later on?

...I wish I could say Xenoblade 3. It hasn't clicked with me.

My answer is L.A Noire. It had a slow start but I came to really enjoy it. Chrono Trigger is another.

How many listens until you could memorize the lyrics of a song? (estimate).

The entire lyrics, word for word? I'm not sure that's ever happened for me. At most I'll memorize a couple catchy phrases or the refrain or something like that. I don't think I've ever fully memorized the lyrics of a song entirely. Probably like 4-5 listens for those bits.

Have you ever written any poetry?

Yeah, I posted the only one that was halfway decent on here. Aside from that, I used to write raps if that counts, some of which were Pokemon related, purely for fun and joking around. None of those were really high quality, but it wasn't really about that. XD

Do you ever forget which forum game thread you were posting in?

What was the last useful or interesting thing you learned?

I'm one of the lucky folk to live in a house that has air conditioning, so that helps a lot!

If you could travel to anywhere in the world for a week long, all expenses paid vacation, where would you go and why?

I think I'd like to visit the Silicon Valley? Honestly I don't know what country other than Canada (where I live now) I would visit lol.

Do you always finish the videogames you start?
