Because at the end of the day people are still people. Just because some of them are forced to work jobs they don't like in order to get food on the table doesn't mean they're bad people. What's more: because they're so dehumanized at their work (they don't even get to call each other by their name) they know very well how bad it feels!

Actually I live on the Antarctica, it's often -50°C, I'd like it to be just a bit hotter, like -25% would be enough.
