People have used that type of logic during the pandemic, as well. "Are you vaccinated?" has been answered "Yes" by people who have not been vaccinated against the virus (and don't plan to do so in the future) simply because they've been vaccinated against something in the past and "nobody knows the name of the vaccine, anyway. So you can fool them very easily".
