Yeah I don't think I'm a beer drinker much. I seem to like sweeter drinks more. I haven't had any vodka cause I've only drank twice in my life so far but I might give it a shot (pun not intended) to see if I'll like it.

On days I forget to take my atomoxetine, I'll experience this almost drunken stupor, and I imagine I'd be the same way if I was drunk. I laugh a lot, and make other people laugh too, making off-the-wall statements from out in left field. I guess I'd be a funny drunk, like Livey. :3

I don't know if I'll drink when I'm older. I've never had the urge to, so I just might stay away from it. I'll probably drink a beer on my 21st birthday, but I have yet to have a drink and I don't feel inclined to.

It's just a drink, I can't see why people get drunk. Does it make them seem cooler or something? A have an older friend who got alcohol poisoning, it's not a nice thing. There's lots of substitutes to alcohol, I'll go with them.

Drinking can never lead to anything bad. I'm okay sure, in the extreme cases its down right stupidly dangerous, but when you're having a good time drinking is all good. Except when you hit on a co-worker with other co-workers around you, who know her co-worker boyfriend. That's NEVER a good idea. >_<

All of this drinking talk is making me wish I was three years older :(

But then again, my parents keep telling me that I won't like the taste of alcohol.. hmm, how would they know that?

Well, I can certainly see where they are coming from, judging from my first-hand experience. It's an acquired taste to begin with, and that's another reason I don't bother with drinking.

I've only drank alcohol about handful of different times. I waited until I was 21 to drink (more than a sip from cans of beer that I would find in the house). Not because of the law, but because that's just when I felt the desire to. I've been craving a room temperature raspberry wheat Shocktop for a few days now simply for the taste, but that's been the only alcohol that I've found to enjoy what it tastes like. You might get lucky and find something that you'll like on your first try if you haven't had a drink before, but if you're not as lucky, getting your first drink down will likely be a challenge. Because it'll probably taste disgusting unless you delude it with something, which is usually what most people do with the harder stuff anyway.

Yeah, but alcohol is such a broad term that you really can say I hate drinking without trying everything. In the beginning I used to down everything(and I mean everything, five or six different things in one night) and now I know up to a certain degree my likes and dislike. I'm definitely a beer person, but not stuff like Guinness. Whiskey and Rum are my go to drinks, but I wouldn't mind Tequila. Hell I usually go for tequila as the hard stuff really is hard to drink if its not quality(give me Jack or Walker and I will return the drink) and with Tequila you can kinda get away with drinking the generics. I rarely go for Vodka, that stuff is poison, and anything sweet does not agree with me. At all.

So yeah, you really need to see what agrees with you on a whole, then write off alcohol from the start. But then again, just going through all that trouble of feeling sick till you find something you love is the real reason why a lot of people just don't drink, cause the bad nights were far too much for them to ever try having a good one.

I still can't reconcile the thought in my mind of anyone legitimately liking beer and believe it's something people do to look manly.

I only drink expensive vodka and some white rum. Mixed into cocktails. Sweet cocktails of deliciousness where you can hardly taste the alcohol.
