Retail isn't made for people like me. I'm short-tempered so I don't think I could handle that much pressure.

Ugh it was not nice at all. Hoping for a more kitchen based job now, but I can't really afford to be picky!

Worst Day Ever!

Well I hope everyones Monday is going great. Mine sucks, I had all my Pokemon Games stolen by my brothers idiot friend.He took my second 3DS system and all mine nintendo DS games.I share a room with my brother, his friend was over. I stepped out for 20 minutes to make lunch, I return and they are both gone and so is my stuff.On somewhat good note they did not get my 3DS XL or Pokemon Y. But still all that time and hard work gone!GRRRRRRR! so angry I hate everything!Sorry for venting so much thank you to anyone reading this I just needed to get this off my chest.

I'm still looking for a job... it's really hard. I'm a pretty patient person and I think I could handle retail alright. At least better than fast food ;__;

Retail definitely requires patience.. Something that wore thin for me during my contract

I work as a cashier in a grocery store, and some people there are difficult enough. xD; I can't imagine retail work, and dealing with those customers. I've heard horror stories, buuut maybe some people are even more social / patient than me, and it's not so bad for them. /can only take so much .w.

Sounds like something from a horror flick.

Kissing bugs transmit Chagas disease. A disease that incubates for 10 years in your heart without any symptom. After those 10 years people start having heart conditions and most of the time the disease is incurable and untreatable. You die shortly after from cardiac arrest. That's a very silent killer. ;.;

Nathan, I'm pretty sure everything sounds "wrong" in your head.

Centipedes get into my house. ;;
My younger feline likes to attack them. They're so darn fast, I can't just catch them to leave them outside. I have to either kill them or just let them roam around my house.

Camel crickets are kind of creepy. I found one in my kitchen and didn't know what it was. From a distance, they look like massive spiders.

Once at the beach, I wrapped myself with a towel after swimming. A scorpion started walking down my leg and a HUGE centipede down the other. I flicked them off with the towel quickly but hell was I scared.

Remember guys, put your towels in safe places!

Guys, seriously, what level of pity have we fallen to? Bugs? Really?

I kid. :P

The only bugs I have a problem with are the southeast Asian stink bugs, mainly because they're such an infestation in West Virginia and they're ugly as hell. Not only that, but they're completely foreign… hm? :D

I'm not really afraid of any bugs unless they're inside my house. If they're indoors, then we have a problem. When I was a kid, I would let all sorts of bugs crawl up and down my arm. The sorts of bugs included ants, millipedes, and even some spiders! I could even get fire ants to crawl on my arm without biting, I was the bug whisperer.

I'm not like that anymore though. I'm still not affected by bugs all that much, but I won't let them crawl on me.

As tired as I am when it comes to dealing with snow, I don't miss lack of bugs this time of year.

wow its been on this topic all day

I used to really like bugs. I had a book all about bugs and I went out in the backyard to see if I could find any cool ones.

Then I ventured into Hornet territory. they had made a nest underground and of course I couldn't see it, so tiny me walked all over it. And I was attacked! they stung me multiple times in my arms and got stuck in my hair, stinging my scalp a bunch. It was TERRIFYING! My screams had the whole neighborhood thinking I was dying.

Now I don't want anything to do with bugs. Not even ladybugs. Butterflies........ alright. But anything else better stay away or I will *cough* er... peacefully put it to rest [:

I actually think Black Widows are really pretty, though I'm never happy to see them. They were living all over my old house, we spotted one making nests in the corner of every room like once every few weeks for a while. Then I guess they got the idea we do NOT want them around at all, and then I only ever saw them in the garage.

D: This bug talk. I'm terrified of all kinds of insects (including butterflies and ladybugs) and yet I'm the household exterminator when my dad isn't around...Spiders are the worst! It takes me honestly, 10 minutes to squish one because I'll just be standing there eying it until it gets to the optimal height/spot to squish it DX

I can't stand bugs or big ones at least, especially in my house. I particularly hate cockroaches and water bugs cause they're common in my house and they always appear in a dark room and when I go in said room and turn on the lights, it seems as if they pop out of no where and they scared the crap out of me and creep me out. :/ Also night crawlers too. *shudders*

Some bugs aren't bad like ladybugs, ants and butterflies. They're actually pretty at least.

I know that feel... there was a spider on my window sill the other day, it made a web covering my necklace. Since I was alone I had to take it upon myself to get rid of it.

I was lucky though because I could just open the blinds to break its web and have it run onto the wall.

It looked so confused... I almost felt bad for it. Almost.

Yeah, you sometimes almost have to feel bad for them because they're probably more terrified of you than you are of them XD I remember this one time, I found like 2 or 3 in our washroom and no one was home. Had to climb up on to a couple counters to keep my feet off the ground and squish a couple >___>;; That altogether took a good half hour...
