I feel as though we're getting distracted with all the Bidoof talk. Does anyone have any real leads?
 
We could just go with what Klippy said and try to kill The Feeder. Would definitely make the game interesting! I like the idea.... But who do we protect and who do we kill?
 
Or, alternatively, we could go for arachnidsGrip since there's a chance she's already under the feeders control. Unless I completely misunderstood that, in which case disregard the previous statement.

The feeder doesn't recruit, he/she kills :3

I still think the issue of the Bidoof doppelganger is more pressing.

No. She was not recruited by the Blasphemer. I don't think she was targeted by any role, unless it was the Mafia's secret role; it would seem she was targeted by Blarzigord directly.

If you read the Day post, Gunner walks by the Blasphemer and their new recruit, the Feeder has not done anything, and eros was killed. Gunner's current condition is the result of something else.

You know what...I think you're absolutely right here. It was hinted that Blarzigord would do random events and effects every night and maybe Gunner simply got struck by an amnesia potion/confusion effect? That seems way more likely.

The problem with the Feeder idea is that we can't guarantee our protector will actually protect one of them. That's my only fear with that plan.

It could be, but considering how I was confused about the actions of the role just a few posts later would show otherwise.
