It is a shame this board isn't more active; I think it has the potential to be a really cool board. Back to the last topic of discussion, I donated because I thought it would be nice as well as having my name in blue, since it is my favourite colour.​

I still have my little blue '5', so it is all good! Haha.

I never really thought about 'gifting' someone the supporter status; but I am a tight person when it comes to money! >:3​

I take the cheap versions of everything really (so that explains supporterhood). Paid apps? Nope. Free apps? God yes. n_n
 
Free apps are the best thing in the world, tbh xD

Haven't donated in a while...I think last time I did was about a year ago iirc. xD I do plan to donate more though. It'd be nice to reach Tier 6 sometime.
 
Apps..

That word should mean more to me given that I have an Android.. xD

But my phone can barely handle apps, so I tend to bypass even free ones. orz
 
It makes me chuckle when people get smart phones, but don't use it for apps or anything a smart phone does well.

I still hate how the batteries are AWEFUL!​

Batteries die because we use wifi/mobile internet too much. My phone's battery died in two days after I disabled internet access on my phone one time. With internet access, it dies in four hours. -__-

Oh god...that's totally my mother. xD
 
My mom is thinking of changing our family plan so we can get smartphones but she's shocked at how expensive the plans are. I think she expected to like add 20 bucks to the plan and be done with it but we don't even have data right now...silly.
 
They are really expensive and you have to buy a data plan which is also expensive, thats pretty much the reason I dont have a smartphone.

Hey, it's not my choice, I want apps. ;w;

My phone just always says that it can't find / run / download them.

Photobucket, Tumblr, and Twitter work okay, but even those still mess up, and I can't use any others. If there are apps made for websites, I have to just use the normal website and wait out the internet loading time.

Eats up the battery something fierce.
 
Most carriers, you have to pay for each phone's data plan separately because they want to keep traffic under control. Since my parents pay for my phone so that they can contact me whenever, my only phone expense is the data plan at the moment, which is $20/month for 5 GB of 4G usage (up 3 whole GB from what the limit was when the plan started!).
 
I just recharge. Not on a plan. :x

Everything else I downloaded but I don't really use so I only really count those as my apps. Basically in the order of most used rn. XD;
 
I don't have a phone and therefore have no apps. Well I do on my 3DS I guess. :3 I love Solitare, I get so addicted to it sometimes.

I don't really use my smartphone for random apps or games - I tend to just use them for web browsing on the go, as well as taking photos in a pinch. I don't have any games installed. Then again, I also do not have any cameras around, either. Personally, I think it's pretty much freaking time for me to upgrade my smartphone when I retire my old plan and get into a contract with a new provider in Singapore.
