That's because she used HTML usertitles back when she was a mod, of Roleplay Corner at the time. She was actually Skymin's predecessor as Roleplay mod.

But seriously, I love Rika's avatar. It matches the green name perfectly, after seeing what my Oshawott profile would look like with the green username, I think my current color scheme makes it stand out better.

I happen to have a blue HTML usertitle on Ever Grande right now, with sparkles nonetheless!

I remember Manipulation and Cilerba keeping their HTML usertitles long after their resignations from staff. Drummershuff and Aegis as well, along with good old Chibi-chan.

If I were a mod I'd definitely use HTML usertitles when it gets my fancy, at least I'm enjoying them on Ever Grande right now, since non-staff can do HTML usertitle requests every two weeks.
 
I honestly wouldnt even know what type of HTML usertitle to use to be honest. I have no knowledge of HTML anyway.
 
I like them usertitles. But I feel like I don't abuse them as much as I should. Totally gonna go do that now.

And I'd probably keep mine too after I'm demodded or something.

HTML usertitles, huh? I have one on EGC. It's all pink and sparkly. xD Wait, no, that was my old one. Now it's rainbow and sparkly!
They can be fun to use, yes. I really don't have much in the knowledge of coding them. I kind of browse the usertitle thread there to find code I like, lol.
I think, if I'd had one here, I would keep it simple. No sparkles or anything, just something . . . nice, considering what it is at the moment.

(After two and a half years, I decided to ask my mom for some money, considering I've been buying enough things lately and for once she actually has some money, and voila! Supporter status initiated. d:)

I hadn't checked PC for a while, so when I came back, I was really confused by the green. xDD;;
I assumed some event was going on, but I guess not!
It does look quite nice. I've always been fond of green. It's going to take a while to get used to, though. Haha.
 
I feel so glad Nakuzami finally joined the cult of green italics, we needed someone fun like her. I was surprised she didn't become Supporter before me lol.

Tbh about custom usertitles, even though the one I have on Ever Grande right now is blue with sparkles, if I were a mod here I'd do like two shades of blue, with no sparkles.

An example would be:

Paint the world black

Those two blue shades suit me perfectly!

What's with your obsession towards Tier 4 Supporters, Gunner?

I remember how excited you were when I was one myself, and then the upgrade to Tier 5 happened... and you got sad. I'm still the same Hikari you know.

And yes, PC needs to turn green with our planned theme collab!
