Well a lot of people wanted the color change I think. Plus the blue was very similar to the mod blue IMO and some people were getting supporters confused with mods I think. I think the change is a good thing.
Change the color all you want. The problem here is changing a color that was perfectly fine and basic enough to an eyesore a lot of people are apparently complaining about. (as far as I'm concerned.)
And what similarity between supporter and moderators were there? Just blue. Italics and bold be damned. Hell it's even a different shade of blue. I doubt there's a single idiot here that would be confused between
this and
this, and that's not counting the whole staff list and the
bars under your username. But let's suppose someone actually got confused, be it language barrier (um...) or young age, what's the exact problem? This change was more or less decided to fix that problem? Well it sure fixed a problem that didn't exist.
Seems to me more people just wanted a change if nothing else. And that's fine and dandy, but if you're going to do that at least pick an acceptable color, AND don't hold a poll on a dead forum.
well………………………………
you'll get used to it.
A lot of people didn't want to do green, but shrugs because five times more did.
You mean the very few people that actually come here? A
whooping 46 people voted on that poll! And only 36 actually went with green. Yes it's a big difference, but that's not even 10% of active supporters. Way more people didn't even know of the color change discussion until after it happened, including me
