Ah, well that's apparently the better way of doing it so you don't feel hungry throughout the day; eat more frequently instead of eating a lot in one meal :P

I actually do that because in my family, we only eat dinner, which is probably a bigger meal for us. We aren't the type of family who eats together or makes food all the time. Mainly because I can't cook worth ♥♥♥♥ and I'm also terrified of getting burned, and because my parents are somewhat physically disabled, meaning they can't be standing around a lot and cooking for breakfast and lunch. ><

omg stahp i'm this close to storming out of the door to get some doritos locos tacos ;;

i have a craving problem right now. i'll eat anything that's in front of me. xD but right now I'm alright. Just ate breakfast (oatmeal and tea), so I'm good. \o/

Oh my god can I has.

Anyway, when i'm at lunch in the cafeteria, they sometimes have the same stuff on certain days (like chicken on Tuesdays), which I like to go for. For dinner they have different dishes as well, but I can ask them for certain things (like hot dogs and burgers) and they'll make it. One of the other colleges I checked out had the same buffet options almost consistently, which was neat.

At my high school, we were able to get different things. I remember we had chinese and italian food. It wasn't a big thing, but we had like teriyaki chicken and white rice or something. For italian food, we got pizza. It was amazing. Then we had american cuisine, which I think was basically just american food like cheeseburgers and fries or something.

My school had a lot of Italian food (because it was in a fairly Italian area and that's what many of the students were) and everything in the cafeteria was delicious. It's been years and years since high school and I still crave their pasta or pizza sometimes. It was sooo good. :(

What kind of schools did you guys go to with "good" food? XD Granted that I actually never ate anything that came out of the cafeteria with the exception of the occasional cookie; always had a paper bagged lunch.

My high school always served Domino's Pizza...every. single. day.

For me it was paradise, but I look back and realize I was too dumb to diet. lol I learned a good lesson in moderation tho.

Man, that's crazy lucky. Our school was pretty bad when it comes to waiting in line for lunch. The vending machines or bringing something from home was a safer bet

Oh yeah, I used to be a fan of vending machines in high school. Till our governor passed a bill that banned sugary drinks like soda. All we could drink was juice, tea, and water, which I thought it was boring at the time. lol I would just bring my own soda.

Aaw maannn, my high school used to serve Domino's too.

Except it was a vendor in the hall, that you had to go looking for it. They didn't announce it, or put it in the actual cafeteria. xD Smart of them, I suppose.

We also had vending machines at the end of two hallways.

I feel like my high school was like "We're gonna give kids the stuff, but we're gonna hide it 8|".

When I was in high school, lunch was at my last period, so I would usually just skip it and go straight home. xD;; If I were extremely hungry, though, then I'd grab some chicken if they had any. If they didn't, then I'd just take a peanut-butter and jelly sandwich and some soda from the vending machine.

Haha, our school did away with sugars in the vending machine my Junior year. Everyone was freaking out due to the jacked up prices for a bottle of juice

When i was going to school (in germany) we didnt have lunch or anything.
If you wanted to get something to eat/drink, there was a little "shop" right next to the school building, which had a lot of good and yummy stuff (:

It's the same with me, the school that I visit have a good store that I can buy foods and drinks in it that usually I'm eating there.

Anyway, I managed to eat at a certain fast food restaurant today despite my money is not quite enough, at least I can eat the basic one that I usually eat (chicken, rice and some potatoes).

Fast food places have gotten expensive, and the food quality/size has shrunk D: I used to be in love with Egg McMuffins from McDonald's; it could be because I've grown and my hands have gotten bigger, but they seem a lot smaller than they used to be...But nope, haven't had anything from fast food restaurants for probably 5 years, or more.
