    some Pokémon have really cool type combinations - either when it comes to actual battling or just type combos that sound really interesting. do you have a favorite?

    I really like Rotom-Wash's typing. Electric/Water is a pretty cool type and as far as I know it's only weak to Grass.

    I really like Poison/Fire, Dragon/Fighting, Ice/Fairy and Grass/Dragon. They are the coolest typing combinations, at least in my opinion.
     
    Ghost/Fairy is pretty unique combination, it just have fewer weakness
     
    Ice/Fairy, Water/Fire, and Ghost/Steel are some pretty cool ones imo. There are still loads of potentially awesome unused typing combinations that we haven't seen yet, though.
     
    Speaking of unused typing combinations, I would love to see a Normal/Ghost or Dragon/Bug Pokemon.
     
    I actually really like Dark/Fire, it gives that sort of hellish feel to it, which I kinda like in something like Houndoom.
     
    Man, I wish we had a bug / dragon, whomever mentioned that above.

    My favorites- probably fighting / flying, only present in Hawlucha so far. That's why I ran the Fighting / Flying type gym in the league we run here. Other than that, Normal / Ghost would be really cool.

    And I WISH we got a fire/water type that wasn't a legendary. -_-

    And Grass / Fire would be excellent as well. I think Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist could've actually done that.
     
    Ground/Water has always been a favorite of mine, I just hope that they put it on a legend some time. I've run 3 different Gastrodon sets and 3 different Swampert sets over the years and they all accomplished what I needed them to.
     
    Water/Fairy has to be my fave type combination. It is a reason why Azumarill and Primarina are on my top favorite Pokemon lists.

    Steel/Fairy is also really cool, since it's odd-looking on paper but it works.

    Ohh i have been waiting for a thread like this one : )

    Fire/Poison is possibly The unique type i love the most Got a rather large Ways to deal with other Pokemon sadly the only Pokemons we have now is Salandit and It's evolution Salazzle Which sadly does not have that much defense and can get knocked down rather quickly.
     
    I really like the Normal dual types, like one being Normal/Fairy or Normal/Water or Normal/Electric, all of them are just great in my mind, even if they add a weakness to Fighting they also add an immunity to Ghost so thats nice.
