I wish for a Mimikyu like mon for Eevee

Granted! But it's an event-only non-Legendary mon, much like Spiky-eared Pichu and the Cap Pikachus. It's one generation and done.

I wish for more official Shiny Pokémon plushies.

Granted, but they retain their original appearance rate. Good luck finding a store with a shiny plush if the chance is about 1/8192.

I wish for more exploration features in the next generation!

Granted. Poke rides return. You need to catch the Pokemon used for them yourself though. Like catch a Tauros or Bouffalant to smash boulders or a Staraptor or Unfezant to use Fly.
Naturally you'll be needing a different badge to use each of them.

The catch? Each ride is single use. Better get to catching mons to make sure you have lots of spares!

I wish for an Expansion Pass for New Snap.

Granted. They take a cue from Reborn and make ALL starters available including Pikachu and Eevee, but the game is so hard that only 5 at most are useful, making the choice pointless.

I wish for new types of Poké Balls in Gen 9.

Granted, they add 5 new Pokeballs:
-The Level 1 Ball. Guaranteed catch on Pokemon that are level 1, but it functions as a normal Poke Ball otherwise. Shame the lowest level wild Pokemon will be level 3, huh?
-Toxic Ball. Better catch rate on Pokemon that can learn Toxic. The ball's design is nothing but a mish-mash of quotes from the world's most toxic people. It also insults you and lowers the stats of the mon caught in it, whenever you send it out into battle. I hope you and your mons have a thick skin.
-Rage Ball. Increased catch chance on the turn AFTER you inflicted physical damage on a wild mon. Causes the mon caught in it to be in a permanent state of rage. It will not listen to your orders and it hurts itself a little with every move it makes.
-Sky Ball. Increased catch chance on Flying type Pokemon. Sends them flying high when sent out. Forces you to be unable to do anything other than wait for two turns as your Flying mon comes back down. Any non Flying types potentially caught by the ball will just plummet to their demise.
-Birthday Ball. Pretty much just acts as a normal PokeBall, but has a confetti effect when the mon in it is sent out. You only get one per birthday.

I wish for a Sandstorm form for Castform

Granted, but it can only change forms if there's enough sand castles around. The sand needs to come from somewhere!

I wish for forgotten Pokemon to gain new evolutions!

I wish for a more complex terrain system (that isn't as sadistic as that of the Reborn family of fangames.)

Granted. You get a hodgepodge of mismatched terrain, that looks ugly as all heck. But hey, at least it's more complex?

I wish for regional form for Skitty.

I wish for Sprigatito's evolutions to be just as awesome as it looks right now

Granted. It remains EXACTLY the same, except it's forehead leaf gains an extra protrusion per evolution!
It doesn't become any stronger as its stats remain exactly the same though =\

I wish for a Normal/Bug type Pokemon in gen 9.

I wish for piplup to be present in gen 9 games
