Granted but there is only one copy left in the world and no one knows where it is

I wish Smeargle could use any ability as well, making it a top tier nuisance
 
Granted but it's banished to anything goes tier with mega rayquaza because it would be too good with prankster

I wish rhyperior didn't exist and rhydon had a large stat boost

Granted! The next games have you read all about it in a random book somewhere. It does not make an actual appearance.

Granted but it gets Truant for its ability and all its stat boost are allocated to defense but everything else is 1

Granted, you can see it, but you can't catch it. You can only obtain it from a mystery gift event, 10 years from now.

Granted. It gets it's own powerful exclusive moves, with the same stats as Mewtwo. But the ability states, "All of this Pokemon's moves have 10% accuracy"

I wish for a mega miltank
 
Granted, but its mega design looks like a Beedrill.

I wish my favorite Pokemon don't have weakness.
 
Granted, but your favorite Pokémon now MUST be Spiritomb, and the Fairy-type is removed from future Pokémon games as a result. =(

I wish Surf and Earthquake didn't hit your teammates.
