Also take note that unless Lava Plume crits, Jellicent has a chance to ohko it with Water Spout provided it hasn't been weakened.

Specs Jellicent is meant to be used in rain though, where it can fool opponents into thinking it's running a defensive set, only to be smashed by a poweful choice specs-boosted water-type attack.

Raikou outspeeds Togekiss (by a substantial amount) and is able to 1HKO. It can take a Dazzling Gleam to the face and can switch in to 3 layers of spikes as well as stealth rock and still come out alive. Specs Raikou still outspeeds in the condition of sticky web.

This one pretty much speaks for itself.

Unless Raikou gets seriously lucky and manages to flinch Chansey with Extrasensory 16 times in a row, Chansey walls Raikou and takes it out in three hits with Seismic Toss.
