Vileplume! With a big root!
Modest Nature
Ability: Effect Spore
252 Sp Atk, 150 Sp Def, 102 Def
Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Moonlight, and Sleep Powder.

Tangrowth can't put Vile to sleep, can't manage a consistent even 4HKO with any moves, and Vileplume has a guaranteed one shot with sludge bomb.

Klefki w/ Toxic Orb
Ability: Prankster
Bold Nature
252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Sp Def
Switcheroo, Foul Play, Draining Kiss, Thunder Wave

Coming in on Swords Dance or X Scissor klefki has nothing to worry about, it can then either foul play tiwce, or be really funny and switcheroo the focus sash for the toxic orb and sit back and watch. Shadow Sneak won't do significant amounts either, and klefki doesn't really mind a burn.

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Hidden Power Ice

Immunity to Thunder Wave and the fact that Switcheroo fails is a godsend. Once it Mega evolves, an Overheat coming off it's Special Attack is more than enough to KO, since Klefki isn't all that bulky.

Stunfisk @ Leftovers
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 HP / 132 SpA / 124 SpD
Calm Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Discharge
- Earth Power

252 SpA Mega Manectric Overheat vs. 252 HP / 124+ SpD Stunfisk: 119-140 (28.1 - 33.1%) -- 90.2% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Mega Manectric Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 124+ SpD Stunfisk: 110-130 (26 - 30.8%) -- 4.2% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Behold the power of Stunfisk!

-Mamoswine w/Life Orb
Nature: Naive
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 244 Attack, 12 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed
Moves: Earthquake, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Freeze Dry

Is immune to Thunderbolt, and despite having a -Sp.Def nature, it can tank a few HP Ices, even at +2:
+2 252+ SpA Thundurus-T Hidden Power Ice vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Thick Fat Mamoswine: 131-155 (36.4 - 43.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

It doesn't matter if Thundy-T is at +2 Speed either, Mamo will survive 2 HP Ices and OHKOs on the next turn with Icicle Crash.

[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokemon! (READ THE FREAKING FIRST POST)

Avalugg @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Avalanche
- Earthquake

This is only the tip of the iceberg, for you see Mamoswine cannot even manage to 4HKO Avalugg with any of its moves (aka Earthquake because the other 3 are jokes).

[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokemon! (READ THE FREAKING FIRST POST)

Phione @ Choice Specs
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 Spe
Modest Nature
- U-Turn
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot

Surf is a 2HKO while Avalugg needs at least three hits for a KO. It's low Speed and SpD doesn't help either.
Also I'm finally able to post this guy. You wouldn't believe how hard it it to find something Phione counters xD

[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokemon! (READ THE FREAKING FIRST POST)

Manaphy @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Rain Dance
- Scald

252+ SpA Choice Specs Phione Grass Knot (20 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Manaphy: 54-64 (13.3 - 15.8%) -- possibly the worst move ever

252+ SpA Choice Specs Phione Surf vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Manaphy: 87-103 (21.5 - 25.4%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

When your best just isnt good enough

Walls you entirely and uses you as total setup bait, eventually offs you with repeated +6 Scalds.

-Meganuim w/Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Defense, 4 Defense
Moves: Giga Drain, Aromatherapy, Synthesis, Dragon Tail

Ice Punch fails to OHKO:
252+ Atk Life Orb Swampert Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Meganium: 208-247 (57.1 - 67.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Meganium is faster than Swampert and wrecks it with Giga Drain

[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokemon! (READ THE FREAKING FIRST POST)

Swampert @ Life orb
Ability: Torrent
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 Atk/204HP/52 Spe

Tanks everything. Shadow ball is a 3HKO. Flamethrower is a possible 5HKO

Earthquake is a OHKO
Waterfall haves 12.5% Chances of OHKO
And nobody in his/her own mind is going to use ice punch/Superpower on Chandelure

You do realize that doesnt beat Chandelure right?

0 SpA Chandelure Shadow Ball vs. 204 HP / 0 SpD Swampert: 130-154 (33.1 - 39.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after burn damage

252+ Atk Life Orb burned Swampert Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 168+ Def Chandelure: 173-204 (53.5 - 63.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

In a nutshell, burn + Life Orb recoil and shadow ball beat swampers faster than it beats you if it comes in on a wisp.

Also a counter must be able to switch into what its countering at little or no risk to itself and drive out the opposing pokemon. Neither of which happen here.

Weaville @ Life orb
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk /252 Spe/ 4HP

Ok. Giga Drain is a 3HKO, Since he's faster Hits it with ice punch and it's a 2HKO (I don't know how that ****ing thing can tank that). Then he uses ice shard and it's gone!
Knock off is a 2HKO
Low kick is a 3HKO
Ice shard haves a extremely small chance to make 2HKO (0.4%)

Poliwrath @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 72 SpA / 16 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Circle Throw
- Scald
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Hard walled basically.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Recover
- Ice Beam
- Dragon Tail

Pls burn me so I wall you harder

0 Atk Poliwrath Circle Throw vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Milotic: 52-63 (13.1 - 15.9%) -- possibly the worst move ever

72 SpA Poliwrath Scald vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Milotic: 29-35 (7.3 - 8.8%) -- possibly the worst move ever

PD: I'm not sure if it's a counter, Because Milotic can draw it out of combat with dragon tail.
Nah, it is a counter. Phazing =/= countering.

Your best option is an 8HKO

Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Recover

0 Atk Mega Aggron Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Gastrodon: 88-104 (20.6 - 24.4%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery

vs.

0 SpA Gastrodon Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 240 SpD Filter Mega Aggron: 126-148 (36.6 - 43%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
