Ability: Rough skin/blade skin (stronger version) may have Rock Head, but that's debatable

Blagon is a stage three Dragon, lives in a cave enviroment, and has long thin scales that can fold out (like a frilled-neck-lizards beard) it is said that a sword forged from one of its scales could cut throught the hardest of objects.
Blagon has 2 arms and 2 legs, but stands on all fours, it's body is too heavy to stand up, and it's home does not have a high ceiling (only a measly 3 metres) so it doesn't stand, but it can stand for short periods to attack with it's claws/arms.
It has shrimped wings, as it once could fly, but has since adapted not to as it did not need to. it has small scales on its head and tail, but long blade-scales on the very end of the tail, and all ofer the body, it can open these scales off the body to almost double its body size.

The pokemon it evolves from (un-named as of yet) are dragon/flying, then dragon/steel, this pokemon can have one of two base stat levels, pick one please!

Egg Group: Bug

Description: It is a yellowish ant, with it's body split in three parts, each a darker yellow than the last. It has a rough texture covering its body, making it painful to touch. It's head can be moved 360 degrees, and its small, black eyes with no pupil show that it is an underground animal.It has three large brown antennae which it uses for gathering electricity out of the atmosphere. There are three brown circles which surround its eyes which help watching foes at a large distance. All over its body there are rocky portrusions, created from adaptation to the cold and dark environment. Its mouth is, surprisingly, fully developed because it is the tool the Pokemon uses to create underground tunnels. As such, its fangs are also well developed, though it can't use them to attack. Because of its flexible body, it can also roll into a ball, though because it is young it has yet to learn how to use this properly. Its yellow body which seems to be badly damaged due to the portrusions helps attract prey which it always manages to catch. Overall, even if this Pokemon is small, it can be particularly dangerous.
