Effect: The user loses 1/4 of its HP. The target can only use defensive moves for 2-3. This move can still be used if the user has less than 1/4 hp, however it will faint. The effect of this move wears off if the user and/or target retreat. This move will override and is overriden by taunt.

Burns the foe by blazing past in electric charge blast. Can cause paralysis, burning and loss of accuracy.
All the befits of a powerful physical attck without the pokémon loosing HP in Recoil.

An all-powerful blast is fired at foes, with effects relevant to the type of Legendary Pokemon.

Kinda like Draco Meteor, only true Legendaries can learn this move. It changes its type depending on the Legendary learning the move (examples below) Occasionally, it can also cause status effects depending on the type of move. For types that do not have an accompanying effect, a 10% damage bonus is applied occasionally.

When used, the game instantly shows the Spaceballs scene where Dark Helmet activates Ludicrous Speed. Causes fainting occasionally (10% accuracy). Learned by every Pokémon with 'Dark Helmet' as nickname, at lv 100.

Causes confusion and doesn't allow the foe to escape. Learned by a few Ghost types.

Mystery Attack

Fires a random attack. Even when it's Tackle or any other attack weaker or stronger than 100, that attack becomes 100 powered (Moves that don't have power at all won't do damage, however). This move never misses. Learned by any Pokémon, at lv 1, can only be obtained by giving the Tutor a Heart Scale.

You're pokemon pulls a random scanner from somewhere equily random, and measures the opponent's stats. It then quintuples this, and does another check. If the power level is low, it is a OKAO, but if it is over 9000... then the user commits suicide.

ZOMG MUDKIPZ!
Type: Water. Effects pokemon with water absorb.
PP: 258
Power: 258
Accuracy: 258% (over 100% = more chance of hitting through Accuracy and Evasion modifyers.)
Learnable by: Mudkip. If it evolves, the attack is replaced by Splash (which still does nothing.)
Mudkip takes over the opponents mind, and DESTROYS them. 75% chance of raising all stats 6 times.

IMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR!
Type: Boom (new type, super effective against everything. Explosion and Selfdestruct change to this type, and Electrode, Ditto, and Unknown dual types this.)
PP: 6... It's all you need.
Power: OKAO.
Accuracy: Swift-like
Learnable by: Unknown and Ditto.
Okaos.

A move that can be used while the user is sleeping. It eliminates the effects of moves like nightmare or abilities like bad dreams until the user faints.

The user surrounds itself with a veil of faulty energy and surges toward the foe at the speed of light. This move automatically faints the opponent, even if it means overriding the effects of protect, detect, fly, dig, etc. However, it causes something completely random to happen to the user; raising or lowering any stat, inflicting damage, causing a status problem, gaining hp, etc. WARNING: this move may cause your DS to glitch/freeze.

This hits before a switch-out (like Pursuit), but with half power. Hits before Protect/Detect (again, with half power), but doesn't nullify their effect for other moves.

I got an idea, how about an overpowered signature move for Farfetch'd?

Effect - The user strikes with blinding speed, whacking the opponent with a stick/leek. First strike, 50% chance of paralyzing.

I know it's way overpowered, but it's for Farfetch'd only (It needs some redeeming factors for competitive battling.)

Learnable by Snorlax only. A sudden urge to become thin overtakes the Snorlax, who then undergoes a year's worth of diet, starvation, exercise and cosmetic treatment until it's as thin as a rake. It then kicks the opponent in the unmentionables, then dies of exhaustion and starvation. The move is a OHKO if it connects... look above.
