Vista isn't as bad as it was when it first came out. They updated it and made it better, still sucks though.

Windows Seven is amazing, I love it. Recently my motherboard went bad and I had to replace it. I found the exact same one I had, but for some reason when I ran Windows Seven, the sound barely worked and the DVD drive didn't work. So now I am stuck running XP. >_>;
 
I will take a rag and clean my keyboard every so often.
 
I'm too technologically ignorant to download Windows 7 and install it, I'd rather just wait until my father realizes that this computer sucks and get him to update it. I'm not running the risk of screwing up and having no operating system at all.

It's not THAT hard.

>Back up files
>Insert disk
>Reboot
>Install
>Reboot again

You can go to the apple store and ask them to clean the inside for you and they'll do it free of charge :3

It does indeed do that, but it's not unusable until it finally locks you out. I know the issues because we've used Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 in my Windows admin classes from the last two semesters.

Not really. :P

It used to be a lot harder when XP came out. Back then, you had to locate and install all of your drivers manually, otherwise your machine wouldn't work properly. With Windows 7, all you have to do is put the disk in the machine, run the disk, install Windows, reboot, and you have Windows 7 - as long as your PC is connected to the internet.

I'll remind you as I please because I'm currently up 18 minutes past midnight writing a paper that's due at 9 AM tomorrow morning in a school that's half an hour from where I live, yet I have to be up at 7 AM so I can drive my dad in to work by 8 AM so I have a car to get to my school. Grah. At least it's my only class this week.

Still, I'd prefer to have my dad do it, lol.
Speaking of technology, since my computer crashed and I lost pretty much everything (I had backups of my music but without telling me my dad overwrote them ;-;), I've had to rely on Grooveshark since I lost iTunes. And damn, do I love Grooveshark now. I can listen to songs I otherwise wouldn't have bothered to because I'd have to download (I don't have a credit card, otherwise I'd pay for my songs).
