I had 9 hours of sleep last night. That's more than enough for me. Usually I average 6-7 hours at that.

10 hours in bed? Holy crap that is a huge chunk of your day gone!

While I do lose a chunk of the day, the time I have left is a lot better spent. Since I get about 9 hours sleep a night, I'm not tired during the day and therefore I don't hit that point of being too tired to do anything yet it being too early to sleep. I'm also not fighting to stay awake while doing work.

Margret Thatcher famously survived on under four hours of sleep a night. I'll stick to my ten. ;)

I live off of 4 hours of sleep. I'll lay down at like 11 or midnight to try to get 7-8 hours, and end up just staring at my ceiling for 3 hours for no reason. Then I end up crashing and sleeping for 12 hours on the weekend. Definitely not healthy, but I can't really help it :P

I sleep seven to eight hours a night. Usually no more than that really and if I get less it's horrible.

Last night I just threw my sleep schedule out the window because I've been working on a short story. idk if i could get back to my schedule anymore...takes me a while. hooray for 4 hours of sleep \o/

I usually get 7-8, sometimes 10 if my body permits haha.

For me it's just a habit I've grown to get used to every semester. I remember living off 3-4 hours of sleep each day...then that almost literally killed my health last year.

I sleep for 8-9 hours per day in bed, so I never feel so cranky waking up in the morning.

Speaking of which, I have to wake up early tomorrow, because tomorrow is going to be a special day, because I'll be going to Disneyland for two days, so just so you know, you won't be seeing me online until Sunday.

I haven't had nights where I've slept for 10-14 hours in almost three years now.. but on those days I was just extremely tired and all was normal as soon as I woke up.

Back on my 16th birthday, I went to bed really early the night before (and skipped dinner because of how tired I was) and I actually woke up at 2am the day of my birthday because a thunderstorm woke me up. I realized how long I had slept and it was normal for me. I wasn't tired at school at all and just went about my day as normal.

Which Disneyland?

I've been to Paris a few times, it's pretty epic. Nearly went on Space Mountain, which would have nigh on killed me, but it was broken down at the beginning, went on a different rollercoaster and realised I didn't want to anymore.

The one in California, because if it was Florida it would be Disney World. Have fun Pinkie! :)

hnnng space mountain my favorite ride of all time ^____^

Ahhhhh Disneyland/Disney World has always been a dream vacation of mine since I was a kid! Still really want to go to both someday. Disney World first though since it's closer to where I live. :P

Have fun Pinkie!

I'd rather go to a Six Flags than some cartoon-themed movie park. Real roller coasters built around themselves and not some character.
