Well I had to google what an ermine was. A type of weasel apparently. Which immediately had me think of Gumshoos/Yungoos.
Which doesn't fit the punching/kicking part.
So I brainstormed Fighting types for a while instead.
The only one I think has some semblance to an ermine would be Mienshao.
I have absolutely no idea if that's right, but it's what I'm going with xD

I wanted to try to be condescending and annoying and like,

And I cannot legit think of another Pokémon that fits that criteria lol.
