Obviously, you're only obligated to share what you feel comfortable with. Do you have any medical conditions? Do they strongly impact your day-to-day life?
I honestly did not know this was a thing, if you don't mind talking about it, what happened? I assume what and how you eat is indeed pretty strict.a lot! I take....11? (I'd have to check my medication sheet :P) prescribed medications/supplements daily. My conditions range from the mental (depression, autism) to the physical (I'm considered disabled). The one I like talking about the most, however, is that I don't have any stomach at all (no, not even a little!). I didn't know they were "optional" until I had to have mine removed....but it's not so bad once you get used to doing portion control on your own and understanding there are foods you can never eat again.
I ingested something as a suicide attempt (I won't say *what* because I'm paranoid about giving people ideas) that should have worked--it was one of those situations where it was "he'll never make it to the hospital" then "he'll never survive surgery" then "he'll never recover from surgery", but I somehow survived it all. By the time the surgeons got to me (edit: I should say by the time I got to the hospital as the surgeons were all waiting ready for me to arrive), my stomach was completely useless, and they had to recreate important body parts (like my esophagus) out of whatever they could manage. Yeah, it's pretty strict in both areas -- if I eat too much at once or eat the wrong foods, I get sick. If I do it too much (I'm careful though), there's a risk of doing permanent damage.I honestly did not know this was a thing, if you don't mind talking about it, what happened?
