drank

how quickly do you get tipsy (or drunk) and what happens once you reach that realm

It's about 2 bottles of beer and 2 glasses of wine in where I start to approach drunkenness. Add in another glass and I definitely am. But it always partially depends on what you're drinking and how fast, in addition to other factors. 2 beers+2/3 glasses of wine is just kind of my usual standard.

Nothing really fun happens when I get drunk. Sometimes it actually just makes me sleepy lol, but usually it just results in me being a little more talkative and excitable basically.

also don't get blackout drunk kids, it's not something you want to do

i have no idea. i'll test it soon maybe.

i've been told i do rly stupid texts when tipsy/drunk. but irl-wise, not much. most i'll do is lose my balance.
for some reason my head is still accessible when drunk. or maybe because i'm not drunk yet?

I have 4 stages.

Stage 1 is sober.

Stage 2 is tipsy and that happens after just one beer/drink/glass of wine. It's nice for everyone, myself included.

Stage 3 is starting to lose control a bit. Usually happy and manageable, but I'll get a hangover from it. Others have said I'm fun. I can get emotional easily.

Stage 4 is shitfaced. I wish there was another stage in between this and 3, but unfortunately if I'm not careful in stage 3, stage 4 will suddenly crash in. I most often get memory loss (partial or continuous for hours) and I'm realllly bad the day after. People say I'm fun but annoying here since I don't listen to reason and tend to blabber on and on. I get intensely emotional easily. I really just know what others have told me about this. I try my best to avoid this these days; this year it's only happened once and I'd like to put that number down to zero next year.

Stage 2 and 3 are fun though :) and yeah, stage 2 happens easily and is fine, stage 3 I get to by conscious choice.

I havent before, it could be because im big and tall but alcohol has little effect on me.

I used to drink a lot. Like... A lot. To the point where 3 glasses of wine wouldn't get me drunk anymore and I needed to drink 4 or 5 beers to get drunk. I was definitely an alcoholic then. I feel like I'd probably be a lightweight now. After going without drinking for about a year, I downed 5 beers on an empty stomach and nearly vomited about 4 hours later. It's been 3 years since then so I could probably get drunk off 2 beers now but I haven't had a drink since then and I don't plan on ever drinking again.

My drug of choice is now writing while listening to instrumental music in the dark. And drinking lots and lots of coffee.

....A few drinks, maybe? I'm not even sure. I had one night where I had four or five drinks (I think it might have been five), and I would still insist I wasn't tipsy. Or at least, I wasn't giggly like my sister was. The most that happened was that I was a bit more talkative, and probably a little more willing to dance along to songs (I did not dance, but I would have been more willing to do so). So yeah, a few drinks is mostly just going to make me talk a little more.
