This is where you can talk about any dreams or nightmares you've had.

I had a nightmare last night. I dreamed I was back in school, and I looked right outside the window and saw a tornado. I remember in the dream I was frozen with fear and couldn't move.

I have this recurring dream where I'm falling and falling and as I'm about to hit the ground I wake up.

Its really annoying because my body sort of braces for the impact and I actually sink into my bed. Its not a fun way to wake up at 4 in the morning.

Now about that falling dream of yours Thrace: What that normally means is that it's an indication of insecurities, instabilities, and anxieties. You are feeling overwhelmed and out of control in some situation in your waking life.

It may also mean that you reflect a sense of failure or inferiority in some circumstance or situation. It may be the fear of failing in your job/school, loss of status, or failure in love. You feel shameful and lack a self pride.

Also in this type of dream it is not uncommon for the body to jerk and spasm wich would explain why you are sunk into your bed when you wake up.

Well i hope that helps you my friend

Also Chaoslucario i would like to know who is it who actually dies in your dream because depending on who it is can have many differant meanings

I've had this experience multiple times. You're falling off a building or ravene, then your body begins to shake abruptly - THEN you wake up.

I had a horribly detailed nightmare last night about my rapid self degeneration. Yeah - I saw my memories disintegrating into nothing. The thought of it still brings a shiver down my spine though...:tired:

I dreamed of entering the US Marines and went out to war with the Chinese. My dream ended up when someone points me with an AK-47. I was startled and I woke up.

For the past few nights I've been having dreams where I wake up. In the first one, it was still quite dark outside so I thought it was about 4/5am because I've been waking up at those times recently. I could see my covers and that I was in my room. I tried to get up and move around but I couldn't because my quilt was so heavy. I tried to call my sister to help me get it off of me, but my voice grew weaker and weaker and presumed she must still me asleep so couldn't help me. When I woke up and remembered it, I thought it was real and that I must've just been weak because I had just woken up.

I had it again 2 nights ago, except this time when I had "woke up" it was much brighter, so I thought I had fell asleep on the settee next to the telly. I couldn't get up or move this time, either and thought the quilt was keeping me from moving so I called out to my mum to help me get it off me but she just said "why do you want help?" and then I woke up. When I remembered it, I knew that the last time it happened must have been a dream, too. It's weird. Both my sister and mum rejected me, heh. I hope I don't have it again, dreaming of waking up is weird.

I normally have very short dreams...And normally end up being so realistic that i brace myself for say, a crash in a dream..or one time i was pushed onto a couch in a dream and i actually made the motion..XD

But i don't have anywhere near as many dreams or nightmares as i did when i was little.

    Lucky. Lolwutdidisaythar?

I dunno, I've always wanted to have one of those dreams, everyone talks about them, except for me, I just sit there feeling left out. xD

The closest I've had to a falling dream, was me jumping off small ledges to get to my next class.
God knows why I was jumping off of ledges to get to class, but I was. xD

My most recent dream you ask?
Hm... I think it was three or four nights ago, but I was running away from my teacher, because I didn't do my homework, and he had a ruler, and he was yelling "I'm gonna get you, RAWR!".

Yeah, I have random dreams. :]

EDIT: I don't think he was really saying RAWR. LMAO!

Hmm... Well, on the subject of nightmares, what used to be a dream became a nightmare. As I had one friend whom I had a HUGE crush on in 8th grade, but after the year was over, I pretty much decided not to be friends with him, whether he knew it or not. And yet, the dreams with him in it still continued, and I was tormented for a while. Then he scarred me on my school's holiday fair day, but after that, I really didn't have any more dreams about him because less than a couple weeks later, I moved down to NC, free from him.

As for dreams, the only ones I can really remember are ones that follow along with my daydreams (me = avid daydreamer). But that's all.

I sometime have dreams where I trip and I, like Thrace, brace for impact, but instead I find myself flopping in bed.
I also have nightmares I'm being stalked or aliens are invading, so I usually camp & kill, or go kamikaze. I really don't fear death, especially in dreams.

Intresting thread you've got here. Let's see if I can remember yesterday's dream.

Well, as I was walking down this white road, a black blob whizzed past me. I stopped in my tracks. Then it repeated. Soon it got so fast I fell over, onto the white and cold floor. Then I could finally make out the blob. It was... a toy car. The day I had this dream a toy car that a kid was playing with in my driveway hit me in the shin by accident. Weird dream.

i have had the same kind of dreams waking up flopping

the weirdest dream i had was felt so real i dreamt that i found a wallet with plenty of cash in so i hid it in my room
i then woke up from the dream went to grab the wallet from where i hid it but no wallet it took me about an hour to realise it was all a dream

I had a reeeaaaallly freaky nightmare a while ago, that I was getting chased by this man...with a big lizard tail...and he was wearing a top-hat and suit...and half his face was painted white and half was painted black...that was a weird dream...

I've been having this weird feeling lately, where I feel as if I've already gotten up. Like I'd go into the living room, I'd be petting my cat, then everything would go black, and I'd find myself in bed, I'd be trying to move and get up but I couldn't. It's as if I have no engery to get up. That would go on for a long time, then I'd really wake up
