A friend set me up with this guy and we were chatting, we were even going to set up a date today but he started taking really long (like days) to answer and he didn't confirm whether he could or not yesterday.

I'm not even angry if he doesn't want to go and just doesn't want to say it outright, I am however angry that he's just casually invalidating my time since he didn't even block me, he's just old fashioned ignoring me.

I'm even angrier at myself that despite being angry I can't find it in me to call it a wash and I kinda want him to answer.

So basically, this is me right now:

I had heard a news about a school case in the same city as mine, different but the same branch, but read the full details of it today. A class 10 boy, 15, going through depression, was sexually bullied by his peers, being called "gay" and laughed at, heard lewd comments about himself, to the point he committed suicide.

Parents reported about this behaviour many times to the school, in fact verbally too, but those...those "kids", denied it. School authorities ignored it. In the end, an innocent person suffered for it. 😔

And the school authorities? Well, they expressed "sadness". What a world we live in. 😢
