Exhausted and very annoyed... My dog got free from my yard without my knowledge, and I just spent close to an hour wandering the 1 AM dark as all hell streets of my city just trying to find her again with absolutely no luck at all...

I know I said this elsewhere already, but just so it doesn't look like I'm ignoring you, yeah, she's done it before, but usually she's spotted before she makes it too far... I do know that she knows her way home though, so I'm hoping she just comes back sometime tonight.

I got a call from a person today who ended up finding her early this morning, thankfully nearby enough that I could just quickly walk there and grab her. She's very tired from her 'night on the town', but she's home and alright now. Thanks for being supportive everyone! ^^

Complicated. I guess I'm lonely.
Being away on a vacation is great and I'm having fun. But knowing my boyfriend is about to be on a plane to a different country and I can't join him, as well as knowing I've been too busy to talk to some friends feels sort of like I'm distancing myself from people. I want to have long fun conversations and spend time with them but it's awkward cause I'll be all busy and then come home tired. Things will settle in the next few days but this is one of those moments where two weeks away will feel like an eternity and the deep thoughts start coming in at night.

Things will pass, hang in there. I believe in you.

I was in your shoes before! When my (now) fiance went to Italy with his family for a month, it was the LONGEST MONTH OF MY LIFE (or at least it felt like it). We tried to keep our conversation via Discord or Facebook, but it was difficult because his internet was unstable.

It'll feel like an eternity, but my suggestion is to keep yourself busy! Before you know it, he'll come back and your conversations will mean a lot more than ever. :)

& I understand about the busy feeling too. IRL is not our best friend. Hopefully you can at least get some downtime these days and hang with us even if it's a little bit. PC isn't going away, that's for sure.

Drink plenty of water and tea! My go-to is normally chamomile and mint. Feel better.
