I have a question.

I'm trying to post my next chapter now and on word it says that the character count with spaces is: 48 573

but on PC its :51 433

So therefore I can't post it without splitting it in a different place and there is really no GOOD place for a split (besides the place which is apparently over the limit)

Ohh, I hate that... it's because once you add in all the bold and italics tags, it makes the character count jump up. I had the same problem with HotM; without the tags and author's note it was just short enough to make in two posts, but with them in I had to separate it into three.

So there's really only two things you can do; find a place where you could conceivably break it up (or where you could easily edit the story to insert a break) or, as Lord94 said, edit it down to fit the limit.

I have to admit, all this talk of one's story's not getting enough/any reviews seems a bit...whiny to me. No offense (and I don't mean to sound like a witch), but could you all tone it down? XD I'm no mod, (sorry, Hanako!) and I don't mind people asking for a review once or twice, or announcing a new chapter... but I don't think complaining about it is the way to go. XD

Anyway, glad your surgery went well, Lord. Hope you feel better.

I agree. I've got no problem with announcing new chapters or anything, but asking more than once isn't very cool (to me).

And glad your surgery went well, Lord. :) Hope you are feeling better.
 
Hey Lord, welcome back. Hope everything went and is going fine.

Anyways, anyone ever had that moment where they suddenly come up with an utterly awesome idea for their fic, but don't know how to implement it? I've been suffering from that for about three weeks now...but I think I finally have it. Hooray. I can sleep now D:
