Not a single soul creating in the Anime world is like me. But there is someone who I would like to be for certain.

Call me a cheater for using a character I've already mentioned, but I'm going with Honoka Yukishiro/Cure White from Pretty Cure for this one as well. Because she's smart, good at school, has strong opinions on matters, and her areas of expertise are math and science :P She's, um, half like me, and half who I want to be like xD

I can't think of any anime characters that are like me, and I honestly can't think of any characters that I would want to be. Maybe Akashi from The Tatami Galaxy, but only because she's smart.

Kero-chan from Cardcaptor Sakura. <3 Best mascot.

Day 19 - Favorite character design

I'm just gonna go ahead with a blanket vote for Ghibli films. 8D; I can't exactly pick just one because I feel like the character design in all of them is just so top-notch.

Day 20 - Character you feel you are most like (or wish you were)

The anime character I used to be able to relate to the best was probably Haruhi Suzumiya for a while. Except instead of being god and not knowing it, it was the other way around. :P (My parents still call me God!) Now, I'm a bit shyer and my personality has really toned itself down. Mellowed out into more of a Konata (Lucky Star) but I don't quite have her knack for saying weird things to people I don't even know.

I think out of people I've seen in anime recently, I probably match Kurisu from Steins;Gate a whole lot and that suits me just fine. :D I'm nerdy and I speak my mind around people I'm comfortable with (and will go on at length about anything that interests me if someone gets me talking about it in the first place) and I can also be pretty shy in a lot of situations. I might be a little more easy going than her since it takes a lot more to get me annoyed than it does her. XD; But I still think it's a fairly close match. :x

I've gotta agree with Erica and go for Haruhi Suzumiya here. I act just like her in school and I share her ideologies about needing excitement and trying to make things that extra bit more interesting. Obviously not to the same extent, but I relate to her a lot whilst watching it x]

Any outrageously gay side character in any anime. Best archetype ever.

My old answer actually used to be Orihara Izaya (DRRR!) as a half-am, half-want, though that'll probably be closer to my want. Reason Xellos was chosen was because I'm closer to someone you don't know whether or not to take seriously.


Note: This is a largely what-if question in regards to cosplaying. If you had the materials (and possibly figure) to make a good costume for said character, who would it be?

Cosplay isn't really my thing, but I did once dress up as Yami Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh! back when I was real young, like in middle school for Halloween. That's like 8 or 9 years ago or so. I don't have any pictures but like I said, I don't dress up for Cosplay or anything xD

Who would I want to cosplay is: Claire Stanfield
Maybe Dante from Devil May Cry Anime, He has a pretty cool costume and such. This is too hard for me to thing up as I'd probably cosplay as a video game character before and anime character.
 
Day 19 - Favorite character design
Black Rock Shooter. I guess I'd have to go with BRS due to the skimpy black outfit look, with the blue flame, and the big gun arm thing. Always liked blue fire for some stupid reason. XD

I don't know about lately, but at one time (maybe it still applies, who knows) I'd have to go with Yoko as an anime character that sort of relates to me. At one time some people saw Yoko and thought for me. XD
Now do I wish I were Yoko? Sure... why not... I'd stand out in a crowd with that long red hair, flame bikini top, shorts with pink stockings and knee boots, and a sniper rifle on my back... Sure I'd like that until I got arrested. XD

Day 21 - Character you want to cosplay
Yoko, because if a guy could pull off a perfect Yoko cosplay I'd be e-famous and I sure as hell could pull off any other cosplay I've thought about going to anime cons and cosplaying. But I'm the type of person that has to have every thing right on something like that. So even if I had materials I think my perfectionist mentality would kick in and drive me crazy.

lol @ the thought of me cosplaying but I would probably say EVA-Beatrice from Umineko. I wouldn't need to buy a wig since all I would need to do is grow out my hair a bit more and I love her outfit. It would be a pain to walk around in that giant dress though, as well as constantly holding her staff. But overall I think she would be a fun character to cosplay as.

I would love to cosplay Sakura (CCS) in one of her dresses. :x I'd even be okay with the school uniform but I think if I were going to cosplay, I'd wanna go all out with either the dress from the first OP, or maybe the battle costume from movie 2. So long as it's something pink, I'm good. xD;
 
Day 18 - Favorite Side Character:
Never really had one, so picking on at random here: Jun Kitagawa from Kanon (2006). He's a comic-relief character.

Day 19 - Favorite Character Design:
Never really put much thought into this... and couldn't pick one even if I tried.

Day 20 - Character You Feel You Are Most Like (or wish you were):
I am probably most like Kanji Sasahara, though that's a fair bit of a stretch.

Day 21 - Character You Want to Cosplay:
Takamichi Takahata from Negima! would be a fun and easy cosplay, since he's tall, wears a fancy white suit, and has wire-rimmed glasses.
