Completed Forum Games & Pokémon Trivia Spotlight

The next spotlights, Day 12 and 13, are the last ones of the Get-Together. They'll both start and end at the same time, and you don't need to wait a day to start Day 13, nor have to complete Day 12 for it.

Regarding the achievements, for the first one, Day 12 and 13 are considered separate from each other, meaning Day 12 comes first. If Day 13 is needed, Day 12 should be completed before Day 13 for it to count. Both the remaining achievements will be first posted, first served.

Thanks for participating in this event! I hope you had as much fun making these posts as much as I had reading them

People, I just came here to apologize to both teams for the 12-hour delay on the Super Pokémon Hangman thread. I forgot to tell everyone I was going to bed, and I'm also currently on mobile. It's no excuse, but do know that I acknowledge the obstruction I have caused in the event.

To the organizers, please make sure everyone has a fair chance to meet the quota. I know these last two Spotlights are meant to be 48 hours long, but 25% of that time has been lost because of me, so I'd like everyone to be compensated somehow.

EDIT: I have come up with a solution as to how everyone can be compensated. I have met the quota for Super Pokémon Hangman already, so I would like my points from this game to be split between both teams - 5 points to Arqueros, and 5 points to Guerreros. It's only fair I take a small penalty for the trouble caused.

ohhh no Vi :( i think that's just part of that game type, honestly- it's hard to have one person in full control of the pace and i think if it didn't happen with you then it would have happened with someone else. ultimately i'm not sure the game is super well-suited for this fast-posting event- though i assume that's why we got 48 hours, to account for any possible delays. (on another note: kinda interested in the idea of manipulating the game to block the other team intentionally. would be an interesting fight at the end!)

Do not worry about it. Expected a host to go to bed mid-puzzle eventually. Likely set a longer timeframe for that reason. Usually figures an update once every 24 hours to be more than enough for that thread, also. Satisfied that timeframe easily.

Yep, it was bound to happen with Hangman, so its best time to spotlight was as one of the 48 hours games since there's extra time to recover. Don't worry too much about it and have fun!
