I guess I should poke my head in here and say hi, seeing as I've been RP'ing here for a bit and all and I haven't done that yet.
So, um, hi, I guess. I'm GastlyGibus, or Gastly, or Gibs, or GG, or Captain Butterscotch, or whatever the hell you want to call me. I don't really care, as long as I know you're talking to me, we're good. :P
So, um, I guess this is the part where I butt in on the conversation on hand and pretend like I've been here the whole time. Heh.
Just a bit of pre-mature advertising to hopefully hype up some further interest. Nakuzami and myself will soon be submitting our original roleplay,
Fragmented (linked to post in the planning and review thread). If you like stories about supernatural beings, underground civilisations, superpowers and government oppression this will be right up your alley and we'd love it if you'd check it out once it is submitted.
So let me just say that those are all things that interest me, so I went a click'd the link. I was instantly hooked. Definitely let me know when you get that up and running, I'd love to join it. :D
A new set of questions for you also! What is your favourite RP character that you have created and played as? What is your favourite RP character created by someone else?
My favorite character? Oh geez, let me pull from my incredibly small list of characters here...
Well, so far I've been having a lot of fun with Tavhir in Crimson Dawn here. Probably the most interesting backstory I've made for a character, in my own opinion anyways
whatever that's worth. I'm hoping I get to flesh him out more later on, but so far he's my favorite (out of, what, three characters? Such variety, many choice, wow).
Other people's characters? Well, I can't really say much here, since I'm only in one RP atm, and I kind of like all the characters so far. If I were forced to pick though, I'd probably go with True Epicness' character Pendro from Crimson Dawn (shocker!). Epicness manages to capture that sort of awkward shyness with him perfectly, and he's a fun and interesting character to boot. :D
On the subject of CSS coding, I'm not a fan, actually. I just don't really see the purpose. Sometimes it messes up on the layouts I use, and it's a pain having to change my layout to see the post properly. It's unnecessary and just makes things harder to read, in my honest opinion. :/
